Even in the sexualized meaning it's still way more special than how people make it sound, in the sexualized meaning it refers to just something, sexual or not, object or body part, that arouses sexual desire. It's just a chemical and natural reaction, anything that pleases you and makes you get "in the mood" is basically a fetish! For that matter one of the biggest fetishes in the world would be none other than whoever your lover is, because no one else arouses you as much as they can!!
Following that, why can't a fetish be an art form? In fact how can a fetish not be an art form?! A real fetish is something that is special, it has a special meaning way above that of simple sexual intent. There are many types of maids, they don't even need to wear an uniform!
